TERMS

BOOKING POLICY

By booking your cat(s) with us, you will have accepted the following terms and conditions.

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable £20.00 is required to confirm booking.

PAYMENT METHOD

We only accept cash or bank transfer payments. Remaining balance due for your cats stay must be paid on check-in. If you collect your cat earlier than departure date, full amount is still charged.

OVER-RUNS

We understand that flights etc can be delayed and will do our best to accommodate your cat until collection can be arranged.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the check-in date will be charged at full rate unless we can re-let the pen in which case, a reduced charge may be made.

OPENING HOURS

Weekdays 9.00am to 10.30am - 4.00pm to 5.30pm.

Weekends 9.30am to 11.00am.

PRICES

Single cat per night: £11.00

2 cats per night sharing: £19.00

Family of cats (3 or more) sharing: £8.50 per cat per night

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

A valid vaccination certificate against Feline Influenza must be shown upon arrival with your cat. Primary vaccination must not have been administered any less than 2 weeks prior to boarding in order to protect other residents from possible infection. Vaccination cards will be retained by the cattery for cats stay and returned to owner upon collection.

FLEAS AND WORMS

Cats should be treated against fleas and worms at least 1 week prior to arrival. We reserve the right to administer treatment to any resident cats found to have fleas or worms during their stay. The cost of this treatment will be £20.00 charged to the owner.

MEDICATION

We are happy to administer medication. Please provide clear written instructions at time of boarding.

ILLNESS / VET

No cats suffering from, or suspected to be suffering from and infectious or contagious diseases will be accepted. All cats will have a inspection upon arrival, but we reserve the right to refuse admission to any cats showing signs of ill health pending advice from our veterinary surgeon. This is essential in order to protect other resident cats. Veterinary treatment will be arranged should this be necessary during your cats stay. If you would prefer your cat to see your own vet, please let us know upon arrival. Any vet fees incurred during the cats stay will be covered by the owner.

DISCLAIMER

Whilst every care and precaution is taken to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all cats, they are boarded entirely at the owner’s risk. If any animal is not collected within 14 days of departure date and no communication is made by owner or agent, we reserve the right to re-home the animal. Any extra costs incurred during the cats stay must be paid for on collection.
